WHAT TO EXPECT

PURCHASE TICKETS FOR CHILI AT THE DOOR:
$2.00 = 1 ticket
$10.00 = 6 tickets
1 ticket for one bowl of chili

Try several chilis and vote for your favorite! Bring the family & friends!
Witchy Raffle Prizes available @ $2/ticket OR get 5/$10 and get one free ticket!
All proceeds will go to benefit Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day (November 16, 2024).

VOLUNTEER

Let us know you'd like to enter your chili! Vegetarian chili makers needed, too!
-Please know or bring your ingredients list to answer questions for allergies. 
-You'll need to provide enough chili for 30-50 small bowls. 
-Please bring your own crock-pot and specific accoutrements.
​For example: if your chili goes great with cornbread, please bring the cornbread. 
-PPDLV will provide normal toppings: onions, cheese, crackers, etc.
-Come up with a great name for your chili. 
-What is your chili's level of spiciness from 1-5: 
0 = Not spicy
1 = lightly spicy
2 = spicy
3 = pretty spicy
4 - very spicy
5 = Holy cow, that's hot!
-Bring some guests to help the 'voting in your favor'. 
-We will all be required to have fun, so expect that, too!

​BOOK FAIR & EXCHANGE

Trade old magical books for new old magical books. Next year, bring them back and pick out some newer old ones!
​If you don’t have any books to trade, we will also be selling books.
​Paperbacks are $3 and hardcovers are $5. 
ALL money collected by Inner Circle will be donated to a local charity.

Please bring books that are magical, Wiccan, pagan, historical, mythological, herbal, or gardening in nature. If you cannot attend but would like to donate some books, please message us and we will arrange for a pick-up!

​Trunk or Treat Harvest Festival Event
from 4-5:30pm.

​You can trick or treat.
You can decorate your trunk and pass out candy.
You can create or help run an activity or game for the trick or treaters (such as a cake walk, pumpkin painting, or ball toss). If you want to participate but can't make it the day off, we would love donations of decorations or candy. Help us make this amazing for our families and the families in our neighborhood.
